No, not the ones with red hair and freckles...I'm talking about COOKIES!! I love ginger cookies. Snaps are wonderful, but yesterday I wanted a chewy cookie. So I googled. The very first link that came up?
THIS Guy. He's a doctor, so I knew I could trust him. He so did not let me down!! THESE cookies are amazing. BONUS!!! You can munch on the dough worry free because...no eggs! Score! Oh it's good. The cookies bake for 8 minutes. 8. Super soft - super fun to decorate - super delicious to eat!!!
